Flooded basement in Owatonna, MN

Storms can cause heavy rains and they can also cause damage to your home. In many cases, sump pump failures are typical during storms. 

In this case the sump pump in this home could not keep up after a power failure. The water was about 3 inches deep through out the effected area. Our customer was searching for an available restoration company for nearly 48 hours when she finally reached our offices, she assumed she would have to wait or be put on a list. Our technicians weren't very far helping another customer with identical problems. We were able to split teams and begin the restoration process for this home owner. The water extraction process began while another crew, following close behind, set up the drying equipment. In the end we did have to remove sheet rock due to the length of time the water sat in the basement but the remainder of the structure was dried in less than four days, all thanks to our crews timely response and our top of the line drying equipment. 

This day we gained a satisfied customer and a job complete.
