Water Main Break in Mankato, MN

In this Assisted Living Community a water main break resulted in water reaching many areas on a first floor building. SERVPRO of Mankato / Owatonna was called out right away and helped with this water loss.

The before picture shows the water reached the floor level and because we were able to start the Restoration Services right away we were able to dry this wall, and many others at 100%. Because of this communities speedy response the damage did not become extensive allowing us to dry every structure and prevent further damage. What's more, the carpet base did not have any damage and they were able to continue to use the same carpet through out the floors.
